FAQS
How far in advance should I book? Most events book 4-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and seasonal dates. For weddings, retreats, and large corporate events, 2-3 months ahead is ideal. For smaller gatherings, I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, please reach out, and I will do my best to schedule your event.
What's the typical investment? Sound baths start at $750 for groups of 20 or fewer. For groups larger than 20 guests, an additional fee of $200 applies. Travel within the Atlanta metro area is included; out-of-area travel and accommodations are quoted separately.
How much space do I need? For a standard sound bath, plan on roughly 30 square feet per guest so everyone can comfortably lie down on a yoga mat. For a float sound bath, you'll need access to a pool. I'm happy to walk through space requirements during our planning call.
Do you travel? Yes. I'm based in Atlanta and serve the greater metro area at standard rates. For events outside Atlanta- including destination retreats, weddings, and out-of-state corporate offsites travel and accommodations are quoted separately.
What do guests need to bring? For most indoor sound baths, guests bring their own yoga mat, blanket, eye cover (optional), and water. Some venues choose to provide these items for their guests instead. We'll confirm the setup that works best for your event.
Do you provide the instruments and setup? Yes. I bring all sacred instruments: crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, crystal pyramid, pan drum, and more. I arrive at least 60 minutes before each event for setup, and 30 minutes after for breakdown.
What if the event is outdoors and the weather doesn't cooperate? For outdoor events, I ask hosts to have a backup indoor space or rescheduling option in place to protect the instruments and the experience. We'll coordinate this in advance.
Can the experience be customized for our brand or theme? Absolutely. Each sound bath is curated to your space, your guests, and the energy you want to create. For luxury hotels, brand activations, retreats, and themed events, I tailor the flow, instruments, and intentions to align with your vision.
How long does a sound bath last? The sound bath itself typically runs 45–60 minutes. Allowing for a brief opening, settling in, and a soft return at the end, plan on 60–75 minutes total. Setup and breakdown happen outside the guest experience. Allow one hour to set up and 30 minutes to breakdown.
How do I confirm my booking? Once we align on date, location, and details, I send a facilitation agreement and a Square invoice. Your date is officially held when both the signed agreement and full payment are received.
